We gladly accept submissions for the Whatever is Pure E-zine.
Attention Students and Teachers: Every year, I Lift My Eyes offers a special youth edition of the "Whatever is Pure Ezine". Submissions based on online or physical classroom assignments will be accepted during the following time frame ONLY: March 15 - April 25, 2011. Any such classroom assignment submissions sent in before or after this time frame will not be accepted. However, I gratefully accept most devotionals, testimonies or poetry that are not part of a classroom requirement project, regardless of age or gender at any time throughout the year. Guidelines: All articles must be original and must be submitted by the author or by their representative with the author's permission. All submissions must be Christian in nature or be of a form and standard that would be appealing to Christians and should be encouraging and uplifting. Testimonies and devotionals should be no more than 1000 words. 750 words or less would be appreciated. Submissions cannot be formatted beyond simple centring or aligning to the left. We cannot accommodate fancy fonts, colours, blockquotes or anything else but simple text. We prefer not to use graphics, however if a graphic is a vital element of your piece, we will accept them under the following conditions. Graphics must not be copyrighted, under 20K and must fit into the nature and colour scheme of the present web design. Unfortunately, we cannot show our gratitude for your submissions beyond our heartfelt thanks as we do not have the funds to show our appreciation through a financial stipend. We are more than happy to edit your submissions and truly are grateful for any testimonies or Christian thoughts you would care to submit. Please do not let the fear of spelling or grammatical errors stop you from submitting. Once your article is accepted, we will email you to inform you of that fact. "Whatever is Pure" is published monthly. Your article will be placed within our archives after one month. Please submit your short story, your poem or article poem via the contact form. Include the title of your work and your website address if applicable within the body of your message. If your submission is longer than the contact form or you cannot send it via the form, email us via the contact form and we'll send you instructions on alternative ways of submitting your works.. Unfortunately, we have no way of contacting past authors within the archives if their email address is no longer valid. Please honour their copyright and do not use their article even if you can no longer contact them.
