Invent a heart
With a wolf's song. Construct a soul With an eagle's wing. Weave a mind With a dolphin's fin. Design a dream With moonlight. Seek the castle of spirits And linger in the chambers of love. Caress the divine details, Traveling towards the morning star. Do not forget the alphabet of God Descending from the clouds As rainbows. © John M. Give me wings Infinite in lightness. Enter my vision, As you did David's at midnight. At Midwinter Teach me the story Of stars and their cherubs. Be my torch On the dark horizon's border, My lamp In the fog of fear. © John M. Marshall jmarshall3@ec.rr.com Email author for permission to use in any format. Letting Go
